Corrections policy

Wrong organization name, wrong destination URL, a hijacked or expired domain, an organization that no longer operates, a phone number that no longer routes to the listed service, or any factual statement on a page that turns out to be inaccurate.

Verified URL or phone-number errors: hidden within 24 hours of confirmation. Factual or contextual errors: corrected within 7 days. Translation errors: corrected on the next review cycle.

Email the editorial contact listed on /contact with the URL of the page, the listing in question, and what is wrong. Include a source link if possible.

Significant corrections — changed destination, removed organization, retracted claim — are recorded in the verification audit log at /verification.

Any listed organization may request removal at any time, for any reason, with no justification required. Removal is processed within 48 hours.
